What Unshakeable Leaders Know…

There are leaders.

Then there are Unshakeable Leaders.

  • Many leaders believe they’ll be happy when they get the results they want.
  • The Unshakeable Leader decides to be happy, then creates the results they want.

  • Many leaders make goals.
  • The Unshakeable Leader makes commitments.

  • Many leaders rely on discomfort and deadlines to get them to act.
  • The Unshakeable Leader builds an epic vision and pursues it.

  • Many leaders try to avoid conflict where they can.
  • The Unshakeable Leader knows every conflict is a chance to deepen the relationship.

  • Many leaders are attracted to flashy acts of brilliance.
  • The Unshakeable Leader trusts the power of consistency and compounding.

  • Many leaders look for technical solutions to everything.
  • The Unshakeable Leader knows that some problems require courage, integrity, and compassion.

  • Many leaders pretend to have no fear.
  • The Unshakeable Leader acknowledges their fear so they can face it and conquer it.

  • Many leaders worry about credit and blame.
  • The Unshakeable Leader knows these are distractions.

  • Many leaders say ‘“my fear keeps me sharp”.
  • The Unshakeable Leader knows that fear slows them down.

  • Many leaders lose sleep anticipating the next problem.
  • Unshakeable Leaders know there are no problems. Just situations they haven’t resolved yet.
